Corporate Social Responsibility

We have incorporated several of the values of Corporate Social Responsibility because we feel that it's more important to take a look at the bigger picture.  Achieving our objective requires a commitment to trust, integrity, and interdependence among the three vital components of our business:

Our Employees
The cornerstone of our organization is the dedication and integrity demonstrated by our employees. We value our human resources as the major driving force of the business. Thus, we treat our employees with dignity, respect, and provide financial rewards predicated upon our success.  We provide the best available resources and encourage professional and personal growth.

Our Diversity
We believe that a diverse environment creates a place where a company can be more than the sum of it's employees.  Even though our background and experiences are different we can create a service that is superior and unique compared to others.

Our Environment
We can offer the option of using used boxes for household & office moves (where approved by the employee and the state).  We also refurbish our laptops instead of simply purchasing new ones. Once our laptops and computers have reached end of life, we do recycle them. We have also reduced our use of copy paper by 40% during the last two years, by receiving and storing more files in softcopy instead of hard copy.

Our Social Investments
Our Volunteer Outreach Program is very important to us as it enables us to share our profits by giving back to our community. We select charitable programs that directly interest or involve our employees. We give both financial assistance and employee time.

Our current project involves the proposed nonprofit corporation of Continuing Advancement for Special Adults, (CASA). This nonprofit is attempting to become operational to meet the needs of "special adults" over 22 years old in search of an adult program promoting life independence through exposure to multiple environments.  MMC donates financially and personally to the CASA Center through donations and volunteerism.

The adult program has been in the planning stage since 2000, and we are hopeful that the Continuing Advancement for Special Adults (CASA), will become a reality in the future.
