A Letter from a recent relocation

We cannot express our gratitude enough for Clarence C., our
driver. The move was originally arranged prior to the selling of our old
home in NJ with the intent of moving on May 13th. In the meantime, we
sold our house and the closing was coordinated to occur on May 13th as
well. On May 12th we were informed by our realtor that we must be
completely out of the house by 12 noon the following day or settlement
would have to be cancelled. When I asked Clarence if they would be
finished it was clear that it could not be completed until sometime
around 5 pm the next day instead. It was then when we realized we had
forgotten to inform MMC of the settlement about to take place.

Clarence made some phone calls to bring in a work crew to work thru
the night. Clarence himself, worked without a break well over 24 hours
straight to allow us to settle on the house by noon. It was one of the
most remarkable feats I have ever witnessed. Clarence could have easily
told us no way and continued as plan, causing us to have to reschedule
our closing settlement, postpone our departure for Boise and cost us
thousands of dollars. Instead, he saw to it that the truck was loaded
and we were out of the house by noon, and setting an incredible example
of ""taking care of the customer"". Clarence is
the most remarkable dedicated worker I have ever seen and you
should be proud to have him as an employee. Clarence was also backed by
a fine team including his dispatcher here in Idaho, the
packers in NJ and the unpackers here in Boise. My families experience
throughout the move was a very positive one and we cannot thank
you and Clarence enough for taking great care of us. Thank you
and thank you Clarence C., our hero.
