Structured properly, these advanced home sale programs save clients significant amounts of money. These programs allow the company to legally cover the closing costs on the transferees’ homes without the burden of added tax liability for the employee or the corporation.
Area Orientation: MoveCenter utilizes local specialists to work with your employees, with the goal of helping them understand their destination area. By providing this service early in the relocation process, transferees are able to make educated choices on which part of town they want to move to.
Temporary Housing(Furnished Housing over 30 days): We offer several different properties at different price points. Matching the possibilities with the transferee’s needs, we narrow the options to the best matches, and provide them with appropriate choices.
Rental Assistance: We work with your employees to determine what they are looking for in a rental home and then schedule appointments with likely properties matching their needs.
Home Finding Assistance: MoveCenter will provide Real Estate Referral(s) in the destination area. This referral will be to a Real Estate professional who has experience in assisting corporate transferees identify and purchase their new residence. This program allows the transferee to find the right home, at the right price, in the right community for them.
MoveCenter provides comprehensive back-office expense administration services, including multi-currently calculations, pre-decision cost estimates, budget vs. actual, real time updates, gross-up calculations, and ad hoc reporting on over 12,000 data fields. We routinely audit and pay suppliers’ invoices, and employee expenses, for our clients.
