The Move Management Center (MMC) corporate relocation program manages the relocation process for corporate employees. We have a number of different relocation packages that can be offered to your employees. We work in our clients' best interest to ensure the best relocation experience at the best value. Our goal is to exceed expectations in terms of service quality and cost.

Relocation Services

Counselor

Our Relocation Counselor serves as the Single Point of Contact for each transferee. The Relocation Counselor will develop and execute a relocation plan. He/She will manage the relocation process until completion.

Departure Services

Home Marketing Assistance: MMC will refer the transferee to a qualified Real Estate Agent in the origin area. This professional will assist in the sale of the residence by providing comprehensive marketing assistance, including development of a marketing/sales plan for the current house. Our goal is to sell the home quickly, and for the best price possible. MMC provides a financial incentive for completing a transaction with our referred Real Estate Agent.
Household Goods Move Management: MMC contracts with major, top performing international and domestic van lines and auto shippers. Our contract rates are based on our high volume of corporate relocations. We monitor these carriers to ensure a high quality service. We pass on our best corporate rates to our customers.
Home Sale Program: As with all of our services, we customize the home sale program to meet the needs of each individual client.

Destination Services

Our goal is to transition the transferee's family into their new location as easily and cost-effectively as possible.

Area Orientation: Tours your destination area with someone who can show you the community in depth. This service is generally provide prior to the relocation.
Rental Assistance: Assistance to help you find the perfect rental.
Home Finding Assistance: MMC will provide Real Estate Referral(s) in the destination area. This referral will be to a Real Estate professional who has experience in assisting corporate transferees identify and purchase their new residence. This program allows the transferee to find the right home, at the right price, in a community.
MMC provides a financial incentive for completing a transaction with our referred Real Estate Agent.
Temporary Housing: A relocation counselor will arrange for a short term lease in a luxury furnished apartment. This allows for maximum flexibility while you look for a permanent home.
Rental Home Search: A real estate professional will assist you with home finding.

Expense Tracking

MMC audits and pays Suppliers' Invoices and Employee Expenses for our clients. MMC will provide customized reporting, including tax gross-up information. Reporting will be customized to meet your requirements.

On-line Apps & Access for your department and your employees
