The Move Management Center provides individual employees who are moving on their own with the same high-level domestic and international moving service that we supply to our corporate relocation clients’ transferees.

We will assign you to a Relocation Counselor Your Counselor is your single point of contact for your move. Your Counselor will provide stability in a process that involves a multitude of decisions and interaction with many service providers.

Household Goods Move Management

Relocation Counselor

You and your Relocation Counselor will formulate a relocation plan to fit your need, your goals and your financial situation. Your Relocation Counselor will recommend and arrange for the service providers to contact you and to begin the process. These service providers are experienced in their respective fields, prescreened, monitored by us, and have provided their services to satisfied customers. We'll assume you are working on finding a job (or you've found a job) on your own.

Home Sale and Marketing

Your Relocation Counselor will provide you with a broker recommendation, professional advice, counseling and advocacy in the sale of your present home. The mutual goal is to sell your house for the highest price in the shortest time. Our marketing plan will incorporate a Broker Market Analysis and Strategy Report (BMA). Acting as your advocate, your Relocation Counselor will work with the broker to ensure that the home-selling process moves in a smooth and timely manner.

New Home Search & Purchase

Your relocation counselor will recommend an experienced real estate broker in the destination area to counsel and assist you in identifying and purchasing your new home. The Move Management Center will remain in contact with you to assist with strategy in the negotiation process, and to coordinate any additional destination services needed.

Household Goods Management

Your relocation counselor will discuss with you: your move requirements, your budget, your available service options, before recommending a transportation service provider. We contract with movers who have proven service quality and competitive rates. We monitor your move process to ensure any issues are immediately resolved with a minimum amount of your time.

If a claim arises from your move, your relocation counselor will assist you through the time-consuming and often frustrating process of claims negotiation and settlement. Our process of providing repeat business to our suppliers encourages satisfactory settlement of claims.
